Set in a spacious outdoor environment, you’ll move between nature-based practices, embodied movement, silent integration, and creative exploration. Designed from decades of lived experience across multiple disciplines, this retreat activates mind, body, and spirit to bring you back into flow—with yourself, with others, and with the Earth.
There will be lots of time outdoors, surrounded by nature’s rhythm, with space to chat, collaborate, and dive into introspection—alone and together. Some moments will stretch you; others will invite you to slow down and just be. This is more than a retreat—it’s a reset, a recalibration, and a remembering.
